Yesterday was a big day for HSJS: 13 of our students travelled to Washington, DC where they visited the National Holocaust Museum, The Newseum, The Spy Museum, and many monuments and memorials along the Mall. Needless to say, a great, educational, moving time was had by all. HUGE thanks to Jewish Heritage Fund for Excellence for making the trip possible and to our energetic, fearless chaperones, Rabbi Rapport and Allison Feit.
The rest of our crew engaged in more of our signature, inspiring Jewish learning: The Trial of God, madrichim training, Israeli geography, newsworthy Jews, and much more.
Have a great week and we’ll see you next Sunday!
