We were a small but mighty group today and there was a lot of great Jewish learning going on—there were heated discussions in Jews in Science, exploration of how the translation of a single word from Exodus could launch years of anti-Semetic characatures, and the students in Torah Toons worked on storyboards, which means their animated film is starting to take shape!
Thank you to those of you who gave me a heads up about your child(ren)’s absences—it helps with planning, staffing, and other logistics. Because we’re an intentionally small class-size school, unexpected absences can really negatively impact the dynamics in the classroom.
