While my challah rises in the oven, I thought I’d take this opportunity to remind you that registration for the 2017-2018 school year at the Louisville High School of Jewish Studies for all rising 9th-12th grade students is still open! Thank you to those of you who’ve already gone online, seen how easy it is to register, and checked that task off your list. Don’t be thrown off if the website directs you back to the registration page—your information is coming through just fine. If you haven’t registered yet, simply go to https://louisvillehsjs.org/register/ to get started. If you need to register via paper and snail mail, please contact Renee Masterson at hsjsrenee@gmail.com for forms.
We meet for engaging, inspired Jewish learning from 12:30-2:30 pm on Sundays at JFCS. New this year—pizza will be served first thing and will be available to order as part of your registration. A reminder to our new families: students who wish to serve as madrichim/assistants, must attend HSJS.
Our first day of classes will be Sunday, September 10.
If you have any questions, please contact Sarah Harlan at hsjssarah@gmail.com.
